Without a doubt Kevin was professional, well mannered, a no nonsense fellow who knows and likes his work. He wasted no time with chatter keeping his mind on finding the solution for the problem and did that swiftly. Kevin is a an asset to Brandt's Appliance service. Plan on keeping a man of his caliber in your employ.

Outstanding service!!! We have had Joel out to service most of our Kitchen Aid appliances: the refrigerator and freezer last October, and most recently the oven followed by the microwave. Joel consistently arrived on time. He was always able to quickly diagnose the problems and repair them! He is a very competent, as well as a polite and humble professional. My husband and I were so impressed with Joel’s excellent service and demeanor on the fist call, that I requested him specifically with Brandt’s for the other service calls.
